I hate to be that person cliche’ enough to say that your mind state sets the tone for your entire experience, but it is not affirmed enough to be true imo. If the entire human experience is just a manifestation of your mind, then it is imperative that your inner world be healthy and indicative of what you want to see in the outer.
It of course is not as simple as it sounds though so lets walk through the process together, to empower you though, not to completely uproot your entire psyche.
So let’s start!
1. Know thyself (Identify)
Humans are notoriously oppressive to one another in a struggle to be solid in their own identity. It’s just the way we share a single frequency across a multitude of destinies. So if you want to succeed among the noise, first we need to forgive our brethren for their crabs in a bucket mentality.
Sounds hard but it’s actually not. Understanding that their actions are most often a symptom of ignorance than a personal target allows you to digest that fact, and if you can stomach it then you’re already on your way to ascension. Identify that you too were once blissfully ignorant to the mentality of others, and if you can’t identify a single occurrence of this, you might not be ready to do this just yet fam lol.

Looking in the mirror is hard af (as im sure you know) so human coping mechanisms are attempts to hold on to blissful ignorances as long as possible.
If you’ve ever been though a dark night of soul or a particularly brutal ego death then you should know how scary it is to lose that. Most humans are terrified to explore their depths, and realistically that’s a perfectly valid choice. In no way am I endorsing that you endure abuse, but forgiveness begins when you recognize you are dealing with a hit dog than some diabolical supervillain.
By forgiving others we strip them of their influence over our psyche, removing the static and noise that their influence creates, and in turn, grant ourselves permission to listen to our own inner voice.
2. Making Room (Recalibrate)
Imagine the mind as a room. One shared with infinite potential selves… Seems crowded right? Well that room is actually just a single being…it’s all you. These infinite selves are actually all of the roles we play in the lives and minds of others and in order to kick them out, we just have to identify the “self” we play for ourselves. Assuming that you’ve never met them it can be sort of confusing for a while, but not impossible. The voice is instantly recognizable, just sort of quiet as we search.
The reason these alternate selves exist are to anchor you into the physical realm. Without this multidimensional experience we “technically” wouldn’t exist…sort of like that whole “If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it even make a sound?” These anchors cement us to the 3D, but as helpful as they are, they are severely limiting if you allow it.

Now, as quiet as our inner voice is in the beginning, it will not stay that way. Once you are able to pinpoint, isolate, and identify that voice amidst the sea of confusion, it will from that point forward be the loudest in the room.
But I must say, individuality is both blessing and curse in the grand scheme. So if you’re not prepared to address some hard truths, you might prefer to turn back now. That statement is not meant to scare you, but there is a sort of “bliss” in the ignorance that, once abandoned, can never be attained again. So intentionality is important here forward.
Since you’re still here im assuming you are mentally prepared for what comes next and we’ll continue lol.
Now, to prepare to receive the self, you will need to “make room” in a sense. This is not a literal decluttering but an allegorical undertaking, where you will remove any sense of identity you once held. Extremists like philosopher Diogenes found this practice through the refusal of physical comforts. Choosing to live as a beggar and embracing freewill through humiliation rituals and poverty.
Others do this quietly by entering a sort of “hermit mode” where they can unmask and drop all performative social etiquettes. This is so that you can learn what you’d rather do, in comparison to what you’ve been expected to do. There are no wrong answers, just personal preference so get creative with this. Whichever you find more therapeutic and healing, do that.

Just know that if you absolutely hate it, it was forced upon you. Whether that be a job, a family, a relationship, a role, etc. It is also completely normal to abandon something totally and find that you actually love it later, but in a sense you won’t know without the experience of release. Anything you shed at this time may become unrecoverable but you will carry the experience into the next phase where it will most likely transform into something even better, just move with intention and you’ll be fine.
Now, you don’t need to completely disappear if you don’t want, but it does help. Spend time with yourself regularly through quiet and meditation. Study the self through fasting off your vices to gauge emotional responses, journal, explore a curiosity that you’ve had since a child but were never allowed; anything to push your psyche to its limit.
This will introduce you to the inner voice, the one that mimics you to a T in the real world. It is angry when you are angry, happy when you are happy, consoles you when you are sad, and gives you words of wisdom when you are lost. This voice becomes your compass and companion as you move through life, but a mirror as well to replace the anchors we share in the minds of our fellow humans.
After some practice of this, one way or another, and you’ll eventually develop a new sense of self that you ACTUALLY enjoy instead of the one you were taught and your inner voice will be the only perspective you give af about. Trust me, you’ll be surprised what you find and you’ll be happy that you did!
3. Manifest (Execute)
This is the best part and the one we started this journey for in the first place. Now that you can identify yourself, and have prepared a table (sense of self) to receive your new world, it’s time to put your magic to the test. This new self is not just an avatar, it comes with an entire world attached to it. One where it is the master of it’s own destiny and highly influential in its undertakings.
The lack of confidence that you once experienced was heavily dependent upon the expectations of others and their perception of your failures, but there was never actually any real power in their gazes, it was just conditioning.
This new world is one where you are permitted to exist as the executor of your story and only you can author what comes next. The challenges that you face will all be a symptom of the universe leading you down a path of experience tailored to you. Lessons meant to teach you what you need to arrive at your manifestations and tests to reaffirm if you truly desire the thing you have wished for, so the only thing you NEED to do is have fun!
There is only the need for you to choose a path.
Visualization, as cliche as it sounds, is the strongest tool in your arsenal so be sure to “see” yourself to the next destination and every step and development in between. As long as you are not too rigid or egotistical as you develop, there is very little that you will not achieve, and guess what, that inner voice of yours is your trump card.

Through visualization you can actually send this entity forward into the future and past to interact with perceived timelines, draw conclusions based on their experience, and even retrieve much needed resources to aid you on the journey. This entity is not just some astral radio but a living extension of yourself that allows you to access alternate realities on demand. So be sure to collaborate with them regularly and maintain a healthy bond as you develop.
From here forward you are prepared to shape the world to your will, whatever that looks like! Hope this helps you somewhere on the journey and never hesitate to reach out if you need to talk <3
On a swivel kitten,
Kosmic
